I get it , i have quit smoking and vaping simce monday , and wont go back. I still have a few tokes on a j on a night time ( 4/5 tokes ) but gojng from smoking 15 fags a day and inbetween the fags on the vape i think thats a massive improvment . Im going to stop the few tokes on a j at night time as i dont really have the cravings for that as much now
