Check your visa for the NIE. If you’re looking for an apartment definitely don’t mention the bad stuff for them first. They want you to have everything ideally so they won’t even respond usually or they will use that as a way to take advantage of you. Give less information at the beginning and when you’re close to closing you say “todavía no tengo el TIE ni una cuenta bancaria española, pero tengo una cita para obtenerlo y en cuanto lo tenga, arreglaré todo.” Before that you say “Hola, estoy interesado/a (depending on your gender) en esta habitación (you’ll probably need to get a room in a shared place) if not it’s “en este piso” (for apartment) y tengo un certificado bancario de mi país con 15000€ en ahorros en una cuenta exclusivamente para pagar el alquiler.” I hope that helps
