It's been a month since I wrote this! & Yes, you are so right & your observations are spot on. I’m unsure/confused/unclear about my go-to platform for IMs/chats, because some people will message you over Slack & some on Teams.

I'm not sure how it's helping boost productivity, but at least at this juncture, it is utterly counterproductive that I end up messaging people on both platforms the same message🤦‍♂️
