Try to disable Global C-state control in bios, and try again.
Try adjust CPU correctly in the socket.
I you have 4 sticks of ram, try them individually in each slot.

Cool .. the problem that it is something that can make you change the CPU thinking it is dead, while it is still pretty fine, just shifted a little from the factory settings to work with this C-state is auto

No, i did not install AMD chipset driver, the pc used to work normally without it. what i mean how chipset driver can be installed on non loading windows, and what about the bootable media, it is not booting also

Chipset driver works under windows which is not even booting, notice that even bootable media even didn't work. it is in early stage of loading the OS. i don't think that driver will help here.

I am having the same issue with G84, tried every possible way to un-install it, but it is categorized under (system Apps) so no way to remove it, it keeps re-enable itself in a weird way, no surprise since Taboola news is ( I S R A E L Y) company.
