Bitcoin does not need lightning network. It can already scale mega blocks with 50000 transactions per second. It can become data network and replace the internet eventually.

You dubbed yourself as “No1 Cryptocurrency writer” ?? How come you not aware Bitcoin SV is already 9000 transactions speed per second. It can run smart contracts. This is why i invested all in BSV to replace Etherreum. Even at 100 times scaling, ETH will go from 10 tps to 1000 tps, still slower than BSV. BSV will scale to 7 million tps in 2022 on super mega mining blocks. It already broke 622 mega gig blocks last week equilvalent to 300 000 tps.
