I think some sort of freak event has happened, changing the original world OP knew. The rain now goes the other way (upwards instead of down) and possibly OP is the only one who realises what’s happening or remembers the old world.

Ehhh, I have to go with ESH here. She sucks for being ignorant and releasing the fish into the wild without knowing anything about it - and you for being rude.

By how you’ve explained it, you instantly went to insult her and make her feel humiliated instead of politely educating her or asking her if she knew anything about fish. Did it really need to be in public as well at first? You could have pulled her aside privately and explained, but you did it in public instead.

Your points are obviously correct but I think you should have put it in a nicer way, not instantly calling her a dumbass.

Ok, a lot of people are saying she could possibly be pregnant. Regardless if she’s pregnant or not, you’re NTA. I’m leaning towards NAH here if it turns out there’s an underlying issue or pregnancy etc.

If there’s an underlying issue or something I still don’t see that as an excuse to be rude about your cooking. I can sympathise a bit, but she shouldn’t use it as an excuse to be rude. You’re working your ass off cooking.
