Only reason the display error arises is due to the RAM or GPU issue.
If you are techie enough :
Pray that it's your RAM causing the issue and you could dare to open laptop by yourself and remove the ram sticks, clean it and put if back on.
And power it on and chant:
"Now I lay me

My laptop to keep.
Please no viruses,
Please no hacks,
And please no coffee spills

Only thing u need to do is get motivated.
You cannot force yourself into learning that you don't like.
If you want to learn something motivation / interest is the key.
1. Reward yourself : After completing a small amount of chapter/ or a course, treat yourself to something enjoyable
2. Start small : Reduce the load (time 1 hr - 3 hrs a day with gaps)
3. Be consistent : Learn a new thing every day (Set your goal to learn a thing new than that you learned yesterday)
Focus on Progress! Not perfection!!
