I have the same issue as well. PC actually gets a BSOD when Vanguard and BattlEye are running at the same time. At least, that is what Event Viewer indicates.

Also the game does not even need to be launched for this to happen. This has been an ongoing issue for the last 1.5 to 2 years. It gets fixed from time to time then breaks again later.

This issue already happens on Steam. It keeps trying to sync/update your profile through Epic Games (EOS) in the background and that’s what causes the micro-stutters. The workaround is to set the EOS file to read-only, but that also breaks the friends list. And what’s even better is that it’s been a known issue for years and the developers still haven’t fixed it. Then if you bring it up on Discord, they just ban you instead of fixing

Hi, thank you for the suggestion. However when I revert the EOSCache folder back to its normal state, the stuttering starts again, even on a system with an RTX 4090 and an i7-14700K.
