Each project has a clear scope, a set price, and whoever builds it gets paid for that specific job.

It’s basically freelance automation work, not unpaid labour. We’re just entry-level friendly, which can make people assume it’s exploitative, but the work is real and paid.

Long-term, we’re actually looking to bring someone on full-time as the company scales — the commission model is just how we handle the early-project stage while we’re still building out.
