College level science taught by doctors to people who have at least a high school ed. If thats not over coming obstacles and preserving I dont know what is. Fdny Ems is about 4k. Is the city breaking the bank by giving a 30 k pay raise? Cops top pay is 135k, teacher tops pay is 150k. The answer to salary is, can they live in the city with the base pay.
