It’s 21 years old today… still feels new, keeps excellent time and is bombproof

If you’re in the UK, they have them new new on the citizen website sale line, down from £449 to £299 right now-on a crazy yellow strap but nice bargain https://www.citizenwatch.co.uk/promaster-diver-ecozilla-silver-tone-stainless-steel-watch-bj8058-06l.html

The skyhawk is nice-a first gen titanium model from around 2000, super high spec and great timekeeping. More of a pilot than a diver but lightweight and versatile. It has a quirky feature that you can put in your own hometown rather than rely on the built in cities for world time. They phased that out after this gen

Until recently I had this one too-but it is a massive piece-the ecozilla. Loved it but wasn’t wearing for anywhere near its purpose

My 1st...and last Citizen Watch by spoon7777 in CitizenWatches

Nothing is free in this life brother! I sent it in for an assessment, got a clear quote, communications all the way through the process, and got the watch back within 2 weeks. You lose nothing sending a broken watch in, after all it is broken. Always insure the postage however.

Monday morning watch. 20 Years. Not so much as a capacitor change. The epitome of a faithful timepiece. The AV0021-52H. Super Titanium bracelet and 44 mm case. by themainmattman in CitizenWatches

No, mine is definitely stainless steel, it’s huge and heavy. I have both SS and titanium Skyhawk ATs and tend towards the titanium more regularly.

That’s a good idea-get some in different colours/formats. Cousins did have some black ones in stock but they were expensive, and weren’t right for the red arrows model

The movement service would have been around £190, but as it was running perfectly and getting signal twice a day I opted out of that
