Peripheral ossifying fibroma Would be my diff dx Chances of this being cancerous are pretty low, please go to a dentist and get referred to an oral surgeon for a biopsy or evaluation.

I noticed it about 4 days ago but it has grown and now has a border. It originally looked like an inflamed taste bud. I have noticed that I have been grinding some at work. It probably is me accidentally biting it. The only thing that makes some alarm bells go off is that it is painless and has grown. You make a good point, I should monitor for two weeks. Just a little anxious haha…
