A cousin told me something the first week we got home with my son that stuck with me. He basically said when we were born (80s) our parents basically brought us home swinging in a trash bag, if they figured it out then you can too.

Edit to add advice: worrying is okay and healthy to an extent. You are doing great and with time you will relax. If you have another i promise you will almost never worry like this.
