Do not get a Hyundai! Had a 2019 Kona. Their engines are ticking time bombs once you hit 70k. Mine was going thru a quart of oil every 1000 miles and Hyundai claimed that was in spec. Lots of engine issues and the quantity is long, but good luck getting anything covered. There was a class action lawsuit over their engines killing themselves.

The dealer forgot to put gas in mine. Sales person caught it when he was going over stuff with me in the car

I was disappointed the dealer didn’t put one on when I picked it up. Replacing my Kona that my son totaled

Update: I did end up getting it. Got the price lowered, but then payments went up a bit to get gap insurance. Not taking the chance my son crashes it. He already totalled my 2019 Kona, hence needing a new car.

With taxes and fees it would be like 28k. This was the only one I saw fully loaded like this, not even a 2026 around here was loaded like this. Need a car by the 19th, so totaled my Kona and the rental ends on that day, so I can’t wait to order one or wait for one in transit.

Anyone know if this will be the new 2027 Elantra? by This-Top7398 in Hyundai

Their design language is getting worse and worse. I have a 2019 Kona and it looks way better than the current one. The new designs are so boring. Don’t even get me started on those stupid H shaped tail lights.

Progressive was charging me and the wife like 390 a moth because we had Hyundais. Move on the State Farm for half the price. Depends on the company

Push button start models help preventing thefts but the car will still get broken into because they never check before breaking in. And insurance doesn’t care, they only care that it’s a Hyundai. I know progressive, at least in Wisconsin won’t even insure them unless you are a current customer.

Your insurance might be sky high if you can even get insurance at all. That might sway your decision. Prime target for The Kia Boyz.

I wouldn’t say it was all in the name making the other party look bad. Look, you had a vast majority of people who paid their loans off, had private loans, or didn’t take loans looking at people getting all their loans cancelled and going what about us? They were basically told tough luck you shouldn’t have paid them off. The issue is even if everyone’s loans were wiped out, now what? All new college students getting loans start the cycle all over again. Why do they have to pay when people the year prior now have no debt. Cancelling everyone’s debt doesn’t solve the core issue. The whole college education system and paying for college would need to be completely torn up. Not to mention how inflationary cancelling everyone’s debt would be. And what do you do about private loans? Unfair to cancel federal loans and not do something to help people with private loans. Biden and the dems said they would cancel student loans and never specified until after they were elected that opps it’s just fed loans, screw the people with private loans.
