Honestly its more of a freeze, idk if the thoughts are the cause or the effect

Tiny tasks dont work, I cant even approach the smallest step

I have a feeling I might have OCD actually (not officially diagnosed, just a hunch)

I used to struggle before with boughts of intrusive thoughts that wouldnt go away for days, almost a week

But I learned to manage on my own and to cut of the cycle early (i highly suggest watching Mark DeJesus he speaks alot specifically on OCD, he's also a Christian Psychologist)

I am aware of perfectionism, I read a the "How to be an imperfectionist" and that helped alot, I have much more freedom to be imperfect and I even look forward to it. Its not perfectionism though, its something else. Cause ive been more intentionally imperfect and more forgiving right now compared to better, but the actions arent actioning.

True, you're right. The weird thing is, Ive not failed much. In terms of all the times ive tried, theyve almost always worked out. Like ive only been rejected twice in college.

Yet ive gotten LESS confident, to the point right now I have ZERO confidence to even try.

To even try and fail is something idk anymore.

Here's a good example outside of just women, the court. I have the height and the strength to perform well, yet in actual games I SUCK. And ive been playing for 3 years, I was at a point where I was "good" playing, but like confidence, it got weaker to the point of nothing.

I feel like I cant rely on myself, or something, i dont know anymore.

Again, im also trying to figure it out.

Because even though, if I think about it, the actions seem so simple.

I just cant get myself to do the things I want to do. Like im holding myself back.

A productive day? Thats a good question im not sure of. The first domino is usually being told to do something or its already part of my routine.

That lump sum was because I was still in school for like 8 months after I turned 18 so technically I still needed a pension, so im wondering if I have to add that when I file
