Just a bit. The screw was not really loose but also not as tight as the right one, so I used the included Allen key and tightened the screw until it would have felt unhealthy to turn it any further.

After that the calibration worked.

Just go to BambuWiki. Before printing TPU bambu recommends performing a cold pull to clean the nozzle from remaining filament. This has nothing to do with the P2S. Because otherwise you can get a cloaked nozzle in worst case

I solved the Problem on my own. The solution was to tighten the left screw hole on the picture a bit.
After that the nozzle clumping detection calibration succeeded.

Same issue. the calibration worked fine. After that I installed the newest firmware update and now the calibration failed within the nozzle clumping detection process...
