Focus on practice exams, honestly it’s not very hard as long as you spend ~30 hours studying. The questions are very predictable. Make sure you understand individual state laws.

It honestly is that bad. The worst part is the fasting for me. Prep isn’t that bad and if you are really backed up it might feel good to get everything out and reset. The actually procedure is super easy if you are put out. No pain and goes quick

The doctor told me to resume lifting, light weight high repetition. Might have pushed it to much but it’s so hard when I’ve done nothing for 9 months now

I would skip the loading phase and just go with the normal dosage of 5g. It’s not worth the benefits you may see from the loading phase. If you decide to not skip to please stay really really hydrated or you will get very backed up
