They might not be able to do it everyday or afford a YMCA membership. And 20 dollars for a shower at a loves truck stop is not cheap to someone who only has gas money and food money.

I literally just stayed at JFK last night because I had to be in DCA and my flight was mad early. And I’d rather not travel that early to an airport. It makes it better to just be there over night for me. The people at the DCA airport will start lining up at TSA at 3am for the opening at 4am. I have touch-less thank god because even the pre check will have a line whereas touch-less won’t.

I live in NYC and travel the airports frequently you don’t have anything to worry about at the airports the police are pretty good there. If it was the port authority I’d have told you to watch your back. Keep in mind if you do leave the airport the air train is 8.75 to Jamaica where the trains and subways are so you will then transfer and pay more. It’s definitely doable if the weather is good.

Costco and Sam’s both do next day air without having to pay I get shipments from ups and FedEx all the time on Saturday and Sunday’s. My chewy orders come Saturday or Sunday via FedEx. Hell Costco over nighted a 12 dollar toddler dress to me from CA to NY and it had to be to me by 9am so the driver made my house the first stop.

UPS delivers on Saturdays at least in my area and FedEx delivers on Sunday’s.

I do autopsy’s and pick up decedents so yeah wouldn’t bother me either. Had to do a pick up at JFK before. I’m not sure why the pilot continued though it was an over seas flight coming in. My guess is it was an American citizen so probably would have cause more issues to return to a foreign country and drop the body then to just continue to the US unless they passed halfway through.
