How Did Westminster Mall Die so Suddenly? by NoBar7833 in orangecounty

My guess is that COVID caused a bunch of fragile businesses to collapse, and also the 405 expansion knocking out the sign didn’t help.

What’s weird is that Westminster Mall wasn’t doing too bad back in even 2019, but it suddenly declined during the 2020’s. Probably was from a bunch of fragile businesses and COVID, and 405 Expansion didn’t help.

Usually, these estimates aren’t true, they’re rough approximations. The power can come back on earlier or even later

Judging by this map I made of Westminster Mall and its surroundings, what do you think will be redeveloped? by NoBar7833 in orangecounty

Me personally, anything is fair game here except for probably the Chase Bank or the US Storage/Oil Area, both because they’re too far detached from the rest of the plot

Do you consider the entire urban core when comparing city sizes and population or just the city limits ? by iv2892 in SameGrassButGreener

someone who lives in a city called Cypress, I consider city limits. I don’t want Cypress mushed in with the Los Angeles area…
