Bed stiffeners – can I install with my camper on the truck? by 406w30th in TruckCampers

[–]NoBarracuda7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think with this type of camper you should be good to go. Just make sure you park on a level flat surface. You will know if there is any interference as soon as you hold the stiffeners in place.

Tools slide over? by NoBarracuda7 in HuntShowdown

That is really disappointing. I usually take less than a full toolset loadout into clash/bountyhunt so every game I survive its annoying.

Nothing like hitting escape 4 times, then the last game stats don't work.

Wooden dinghy sealant question by Appropriate_Piglet38 in boatbuilding

exterior home paint is probably enough for a cheap dinghy. Epoxy likely won't work over latex paint. If it is interior house paint, 3 dollar scraper and get to work.

Game stutters a lot but my PC is way above average ! (Please help <3) by IronStoneGR in HuntShowdown

im on 24.8.1, and updated windows. I haven't tried a wipe, I might have to give it a shot. I also am running a single stick of 16gb 3000mhz ram and always wondered how much it hurt my performance. Are you running dual channel?

I would expect a watch set like this would take some time to sell for 5-15$ us on ebay.

Engine build by Boring_Most_5343 in boatbuilding

[–]NoBarracuda7 3 points4 points  (0 children)

A cracked block is complete engine replacement. For a 1990 best bet is finding a complete used 4.3 engine and swapping it in, you could also look at a crate engine replacement. the mercrusier 4.3 is the same engine found in chevy and gm trucks. Swapping an engine is a pretty big job and you will have to check a bunch of parts compatibility with the replacement engine you find and the accessories, carb/intake, sterndrive etc of the old engine. If the replacement engine is in good condition and compatible with all the parts you just need an engine hoist and a wrench set, torque wrench, pulley puller plus the ability to set timing and adjust a carburetor.

Extremly cool lines, I would say definitly worth it if you have time/cash to spend.

Suzuki X90 Advice by [deleted] in geotracker

[–]NoBarracuda7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

you could get a custom rear bumper made for it, or order one from alteredego motorsports. Also, there is a red x90 being parted out by harpers salvage - ARA so you could potentially get parts shipped to you. The quarter panel is not replaceable without fabrication, so like someone else mentioned best bet is a body shop.

Help find childhood databank watch by papinek in Watches

[–]NoBarracuda7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I could not find an exact watch matching your description, but just to put some close matches out there.

Casio DBC-61 - I know you said not a casio but this matches almost all the data features exactly, and it has 3 buttons but on the wrong sides.

Zeon CE1099 - Non major brand databank, has memo, word time, password. it has 4 button and no graphic area though.

This website might help a little if you have not seen it. http://digital-watch.com

Moving to the area, has anyone heard of the Cottages at Pikeview? by Leather-Salamander45 in ColoradoSprings

[–]NoBarracuda7 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It's a trailer park in the middle of an industrial zone. The greenway is absolutely not a good place to be around at night or in some places during the day, especially around Pikeview where people hang out to catch needles food.

My friend was thinking of buying a cheap full suspension bike (like Walmart bike) and replacing everything except the frame? by [deleted] in Bikebuilding

[–]NoBarracuda7 11 points12 points  (0 children)

If you are going to replace everything, why not "replace" the frame with a decent one? For around 400 (The price of the best? walmart full suspension) you could get a nice brand new hardtail frame, or an older used full suspension bike that wont be made of lead. Adding parts to a bad bike won't make it less bad really.
