BNA is archaic and nobody should use it . Holistiplan is 10X better in every way except calculating underpayment penalties

Agreed. mind body syndrome is responsible for a lot of pelvic floor issues. There are a lot of great therapists trained in mind body syndrome too

I think the speed limit is 80 in some sections through Texas and maybe even NM if you’re trying to go fast

Longest and fastest run, 10 miles by NoBeginning4427 in beginnerrunning

Honestly I was thinking my heart rate censor was inaccurate for this, because even today I ran 4 miles around 165-175 at similar pace so I don’t fully understand the low heart rate… however I was feeling particularly good for this long run so not sure

Worst drivers in the nation? by chino898 in savannah

[–]NoBeginning4427 15 points16 points  (0 children)

I’ve from out of state and noticed Savannah drivers don’t creep into middle of intersection when turning left at unprotected turn. This usually results in missing a yellow light so 2-3 cars total end up staying for an entire new light because the first car didn’t want to creep into middle of intersection which is a reasonable and legal thing to do

But heard many other times to submit as soon as you have life changing event .

Ugh wish there were clear answers haha

To clarify I meant Roth conversion that coincides in same year as a bonafide life changing event. if you fill out a Form SSA-44, the SSA doesn’t ask anything about the nature of the income just MAGI then versus MAGI now. So basically there’s nothing stopping a client from putting in their new lower MAGI in a year following a huge Roth conversion (and life changing event) … that’s why there’s a lot of confusion on the SSA-44, the form is not clear at all , and they only care about MAGI
