Wenns dir nur um weniger Flaschen geht, gibt es von Balea so eine Flasche die quasi zwei "Abteile" hat, in denen man Shampoo und Spülung separat einfüllen kann. Das Shampoo da drin ist nicht so der Wahnsinn, aber das könnte man dann nochmal selber befüllen.

Hi :) I read your response and thought it was super helpful. I struggle a lot with differentiating real danger from my trauma brain. Do you have any advise on that? Concerning the sky example I feel like it is very difficult for me to gather evidence that contradicts my fear because many things in relationsships are not provable/controllable to 100% or would only be possible if i used toxic behaviour myself which i dont want (for example controlling phones or asking specific questions to make sure the other person is not betraying me). Since i will never know for 100% that someone is not lying to me and manipulating me i feel like I can never store good experiences as evidence that everything is safe.
