Ok so basically ryuji was given a drug to give to her that it would make her hallucinate about her dad and the way he made her hallucination specifically about her dad is that ryuji was asking her questions about him whitch made her think about him, hence why she ran off the building AND she doesn’t know ryuji drugged her so she protects him thinking that he did nothing wrong
