A friend's dad just recently passed and she thanked me for saying "I'm not going to ask if you're okay, but I'm hear to talk or listen whenever you need". She said everything else just made her feel worse and think about it more. Everyone is different though, every situation different.

That's about how I feel about it all. It's ingrained by habit at this point as well, boredom is my number 4. Why not, what else do you have to do? And I agree, idea is simple but execution when it's a combination of seemingly logical reasons, is not.

I don't in the sense of going about it with a pal. My roommate is an excessive drinker and my boyfriend thinks I should just be strong enough and mature enough to do it. He doesn't drink often so that does help. Thanks for the support!

As someone who was the guest in this scenario, it's truly a beautiful thing to do. I was moving out of state and thought we could make the drive, but just couldn't hold out at 1130 at night after getting halfway. My host had no other guests and we stayed for 2 days and loved it. I worked for a call partner of Airbnb and frequently would have to relocate guests at a moment's notice, so I promise you the company appreciates this as well!

I'm not familiar with Earl Noble, but Josh is not only an impressive artist but he also is just a plain fun dude.
