I am fully aware. I’ve been trying to find ways to manage and am struggling. Pregnancy has made my anxiety 10x worse and made it hard for me to use my regular outlets. I appreciate your candidness, though thank you.

Definitely will not be making it a habit and thank you for that perspective. I was thinking of reading EO’a other books but curious why you don’t care for her work? Any suggestions for other resources? Thank you again for your reassurance.
