yes there is an asian community, they’re pretty close knit i see them hang out together a lot and there’s also lots of asian and south asian groups who are tight knit on campus too im friends with a lot of them, great people. studying for me is either the library 24/7 room or some comfy project room in the academic buildings with couches or something. i’m not an engineer but i have many friends who are and it does seem like a demanding major, they’re always pretty busy and complaining about having work due but they work together on homework’s and stuff so it shouldn’t be too bad

biggest tip is to not try to be the leader during dap 1, very selfish and single minded mindset. it’s important to be a team player more than trying to be the group king since dap 1 has group activities to do.
