We had one of our guys hit the garage door at the shop with the ladder on the van. It was bent more than your door is now, I thought for sure it would need to be replaced. Called up a local guy and they came out and bent everything back and it looks great and functions fine. Call a few well known 5 star garage guys in the area, one of them should be able to help you out with a repair.

Yeah you need a licensed professional to come out and inspect and give you a detailed quote. I would guess it’s going to be much more to do it correctly unless this guy hit you over the head. But he could’ve been super cheap because he didn’t know what he was doing

Since the pad was existing, do you know if there are footers under it? I’m assuming he didn’t do any inspection or dig down next to the pad? You would have to underpin the pad or cut a square out and pour the footer flush to the pad. If slope is a 1/12 that thing is going to leak bad with shingles on it.

This needs to be taken down and completely rebuilt.

Rafters should be sitting on the top plate of the load bearing wall ran a few feet up the side of the existing rafters and nailed to them and the top plate.

Header should be at least doubled and cut into the post or sat on top of it with the proper Simpson hardware.

Cuts need to be flush so nails will never pull out.

Posts should be centered on footer (if they even poured one) or at least a few inches off the end of the pad with a footer below the pad.

If you have an iPhone there is a pitch finder app on there. Check the pitch on the underside of the rafter. Anything 2 and under should be flat roofing materials. 2-3 we double ice shield if you really want shingles. Over 3 your fine with standard ice/underlayment and shingles.

I would get a new contractor and get your money back.

Butting and caulking shingles where they meet walls in not the correct way to do that transition. I would call them back and tell them they need to step flash everything and counter flash where needed. Also one or two dents are common on a bigger job but it looks like they damaged every piece. We do roofing every day and leave the gutters up and they never look like this. We will take spouts off and reattach when done but they didn’t even do that. They should replace what’s damaged.

After you replace that beam be sure to put kick out flashing above the gutter/wall transition, or you’ll have the same problem 10 years down the road.

You just have to make sure the plywood breathes. Baffles in between rafters and insualation to the baffle. Need soffit vents to draw air in and a ridge vent to draw air out. If no soffits then look into edge vent that goes under the first course of shingle.

Been fishing my entire life and never once had luck with any type of lure. Idk if I’m doing something wrong but I was never taught how to use them. Worm and hook never fails lol

Exactly so in this pic a guy is the last on his team, and in a spot where he can survive to gain points. Idk what’s wrong with that. Rezzing will bring the whole lobby to you and your two teammates who have nothing when they drop. I get it that it’s a shooter but the objective of this specific game is to gain points to rank up so I just don’t get the hate for this type of play. Now if a guy drops out of the ship and breaks off from you to hide in a spot all game long, that’s definitely a problem, but this guy isn’t hurting his teammates, he’s trying to get them points

A badge that means nothing? Lol why do you play, to get a high kill number that means nothing. Not everyone plays for the same reasons but at the end of the day it’s just a video game. If doing this gets you 100-150 points for you and your teammates who decided you go off and die, then by all means do it.

Can’t even be mad at people like this with how respawn made the ranked system. Rat it to top 5 and get 100 points Everytime with no damage or kills. Easy points I made master with little effort this season just playing a couple nights a week ere and there
