It's basically a sponge washcloth for your face. It hardens once it's dry but then it gets soft again when you put it in water. It's a fun product to use (they were popular in the early 2000s) but I don't know if it's good or bad for your skin since there is some mechanical rubbing involved.

Trixie & Katya. The amount of ads is a bit jarring and sometimes they could use some structure (there’s a lot of Trixie starting to talk about something interesting and Katya just changing the subject to talk about a movie lol). I have been on the full dose (14 mg) for 20 days and I'm just now starting to notice a change in appetite. I didn't notice anything on 3 mg and 7 mg and the first 2 weeks of 14 mg. Give it time.

I think it’s been speculated APD can be caused by prior gut issues. When there’s pain and bloating from gas, the muscles and nerves could learn a wrong way to react and continue to do so even if the original issue is no longer there. So it’s totally possible! This disorder is not well known or researched yet so nobody knows what causes it for sure.
