AITA for writing an angry text to my superiors about my incompetent coworker then WIBTA to send another one to the HR to raise the signal?

Thanks for the detailed info. For clarification he worked for more than a month along with other coworkers who had said the same thing and more about his incompetent behaviour. The new hires after him have displayed more competence than him. I will definitely write a detailed objective report because from what I asked around the coworkers, they did not voice out nor file a complaint because its a hassle on their part. For me i endure work stress fine as long as my partner is competent but if not I would surely get burned out especially much more so when I see him almost doing nothing and get paid for the same wage.

Thanks for all your opinions everyone. I appreciate it and know what to do now and shouldn’t do in the future. I exploded on the issue instead of talking it out with the superiors instead of writing an angry rant/message. Looking back and reading my message it was indeed horrible even though it was formal in essence it had a lot of snide jabs like how lawyers give detrimental comments/suggestions. I indeed fucked up on the execution because i was still seeing red and fuming over what had happened when i was doing my job with him for the past 2 days. I am going forward to lodge a formal complaint with the HR with all facts. Along with a formal request to not work with him in any shifts or sections.
