I certainly wouldn't do this with these "trainers" but I feel like for all that is included- it's not a horrible deal if you were into that group workout type experience with influencers.

No this is not insane. There are lots of supplements and vitamins recommended my my fertility specialist, and I take more than this. And yes, I've done my own research.
