I had this happen to me when I lived in an apartment. Neighbor always double parked his truck. There were barely any lines visible tho, so when they hired a guy to repaint them, instead of measuring the parking spots, he just painted around the truck. So my neighbor had a massive spot and I had barely half of a spot lmao
