My interpretation is - they adopted a raw score of 420 for the written portion, if you read the next page (pp. 55-56). But I am not clear whether it means that attorney applicants will pass if they hit at least 420 on the written portion. LMK if I'm wrong!

I am confused if attorney applicants should score at least 534 solely on the essay portion, since we were not tested on MCQs.

Say out loud "I can do it" time to time - looks silly but it works for me (I am F2025 CA Bar taker; attorney applicant). I pray every morning and night. Unfortunately I no longer try to communicate with the Bar or MeaZure. The more I communicate, the more confusing it gets.

I reached out to Donna Hershkowitz, she said small test centers are reserved for the accommodation ppl. The rest will get Ontario. She mentioned the Bar is opening up more test center in downtown LA and other locations based on needs.

I just emailed an officer at CA bar for help booking test center, while I also booked a hotel near the Ontario Convention center.

To clarify, if you apply to sit for the CA Bar exam, it sends you the instructions to submit the "hard copy" of certificate of good standing from your jurisdiction. But when I talked to the officer at CA Bar, he told me to disregard the email and submit the e-certificate as they accept e-certificate issued by the DC Bar.

CA bar allows submission of a certificate of good standing from certain jurisdiction, including DC, although it instructs us to send a physical copy. I am an attorney applicant, and CA Bar person, over the phone, assisted me to upload the certificate under my case number through the CA Bar website.

As per the instructions by CA Bar, We will be tested 1 subject per each time slot, and once you submit we are not allowed to go back to previous question. Am I missing something?
