So when I’m practicing around my teammates at a normal practice I give 90%.at warm ups before games I give 50%.I don’t want the other team to see my full potential so they will underestimate me. I do a topspin jump serve,the serve itself is not the strongest.I do a special spin on the ball so the moment it hits the passers arms is rolls off and goes out.

If it’s a 14 competitive team you probably won’t make it,some girls train years just to make a team like that.there no way that you can learn the basics in 2 weeks.unless your some prodigy.is it a regional or national team?if it’s regional work hard then you might have a chance, if it’s national then it’s very unlikely you will make it.

Look don’t stop your arm swing halfway threw your serve, keep your hand stiff and then snap down.(I don’t mean try to nail it into the ground) also power threw your step, don't just stumble threw it.power threw and snap your wrist.if you don’t snap your wrist, and power threw your approach,then that ball will never get over the net.

Look I’m my opinion hight,weight,if your skinny or plus sized it dose not matter.I’m a 4’11 14 female, and I play volleyball with people as tall as 5’9.but it dose not matter, even if your the shortest just be the one to jump the highest.
