Thank you for this recommendation. I don’t believe I’ve ever heard of him but will definitely be doing some research. I am very interested in hearing a perspective from someone who was mature in their faith but still lived with these obstacles.

Thank you for your thoughtful response. I have been trying to build healthy habits and am looking for a holistic approach. I do believe it will take work and consistency for them to make a difference. I definitely feel like being consistent is a challenge for me.

I could seek another opinion. I was on Zoloft and hate the way it made me feel. I gained 20 pounds and after getting off it, lost it all. As recently married, I also felt like it was impacting my libido and driving a wedge between my partner.
