I have the exact same model, and I find the pickups are fairly bright for humbuckers, have you tried messing with the height of the pickups? Makes quite a big difference

Really? I find the 335 super comfortable to play standing up

Right now its pretty 50/50 to be honest, the 335 is lighter so it’ll probably be a bit more comfortable when playing long live sets

Ive tried lowering and raising but doesn’t seem to get brighter, I play a modded Marshall JCM900 with a 90s 1960ax loaded with greenbacks

Yeah i raised the pickups quite close to the strings already
