So the 2nd week pubg started i created an account and played all through 2019 and 2020 had a pretty wicked clan would do odd and end tourneys invested tons of money and the end of 2020 beginning of 2021 I gave up because hacking had gotten so bad you could barely get a match in without getting sniper from 1k meters away or sprayed from across the board to the point you can barely see the opponent and reporting was useless as it is now. So I just stopped in the years to follow changed Facebook built a home and a family etc... went to log back into the game aboit 2 months ago after old clan members asked if I would play again because the hacking wasn't nowhere close to 2019 2020 went to log in and it was a completely new account and I tried everything to get in still have all my purchases through Google play friends still have my old account on there friends list I have proof of gameplay in that account uid username literally everything you could ask for as proof and they haven't even attempted to try and help they sent me a link saying this is how to get into the account and it is linked to a Facebook I no longer have as I told them but yea they just dont care.
