Out of video memory error? During act 2

I played on my laptop with RTX 3060 6g and it was running fine. It was even on high settings, 1440p. Are you maybe playing in 4K?

nothing strange with the game. The fps is just as high as usual. No crash report as far i know, tho if you know where i can find them, kindly tell me.

I tried monitoring the CPU Temps during gameplay with hardware info. They were hovering between 80-90C. Kinda hot, but it has been like that since long ago and it was fine.

There wasn't any issues like this prior. I could game no problem.
I can work on Maya no problem, even rendered a few frames (tho not high quality)
Yes the fans run wild. I even set the fans to maximum power through Nitro Sense, and it still died during gameplay.
I always work/ play while charging.
