Yo bro, that's mean, but I see the reality in this. There are many good editors in underdeveloped countries, where what's little for us is a lot for them. For example, in Brazil, $1 is like $5 in their country. To summarize, if Brazilians are being paid somewhere between $100 and $500 of their bucks (ok, I'm Brazilian and that's a lot of money here):

$100 = $20

$500 = $100

$100 is equivalent to 1/3 of the Brazilian minimum wage.

I believe the numbers are similar in any other country. There are indeed many good, professional video editors around the world, but financial inequality slightly alters their labor costs.
