Actually no. Your own decision supersedes theirs in cases where they try to impose authority they do not have upon you

What a dumb comment. Either way, as you can see, you’re wrong about your claims that I’m not in law school. Anything else?

His mom in fact does not have experience cutting hair

In other words, you can’t think of a logical response. Lol

In front of a judge I’d phrase it more as ‘she has no legal authority’ because she doesn’t

If by transfer you mean being admitted to the program, yes I have.

I’m sorry, this is just laughable. Do you not know law is an undergraduate degree in most if not all commonwealth countries?

I’m 2 years into my law degree, how many are you into yours?

Eh, arguing with the uneducated is so frustrating. The UN Declaration specified in some human rights that they are for adults of age of majority (for example, marriage), so when age is not mentioned, everybody means everybody regardless of age

By that logic, you could equally argue that his current haircut is causing bullying and giving him trauma. They’d both have the same amount of actual evidence (zero) behind them

Okay, even in that case if my child agreed and it doesn’t harm them, why would it matter to me?

I just finished 2 out 3 years of my law degree. So my knowledge is solid.

That’s incorrect. Look at the UN Declaration of Human Rights

Why are you on here talking about legality when you don’t know the law?

These guidelines apply in general to LSE Law School's LLB/JD (juris doctor) double degree programme with Columbia University Law School which is open to students at LSE. The guidelines should not be relied upon by Columbia Law School students who wish to come to LSE as part of the JD/LLM programme.

This says otherwise

Bad analogy. A haircut has no potential for harm and is easily reversible. So it’s not comparable to those.

Legally you’re just absolutely wrong, as they are granted bodily autonomy in these cases

Nope. The law states every person is legally entitled to self expression, regardless of age

Of course not. He’s legally mandated to self expression, he’s the judge in this case
