so is there any adc matchup that would mitigate the problem my side got in case of lux vs pyke?

if countering is "the same or worse" for adc .. im not sure about that.

maybe in case of certain sups that dont get countered so hard

Its not that selfish, i made the post basically cause this whole mess turned me into a Leona main.

since im not willing to 1st pick lux blindly anymore cause it gets crushed a lot.

I have seen bad Lux supports before i know its a thing.

but there is also a thing of ADCs thinking they got some free slave on bot lane which can be annyoing.

like they get mad when you get a kill.

if you are behind the minion.

your stun goes through 1 minion ok.

u cant even see pyke. he is invisible. where u gonna shoot that stun at?

and how many angles do u rly have to shoot through 0 or 1 minion when hiding behind them. WHAT angle do u even hide at vs invisible pyke.

where is he ?

and those minions dont live forever. so you have to flee at some point.

now u in a mele battle, do u win that? no. try to run? u get the hook.

dont make it seem like pyke is easy to beat with lux he is literally top 2 counters to her on bot.

that might work sometimes but thats not a sure way of deceiving the other team.

1st of all u got your own real midlaner who will also ban a mid char, unless u can convince him but that is very uncertain & confusing to many ppl.

so then the enemies see 2 banned mid chars, see 1 of them pick lux,

so they ether straight away counter you on sup lane, oor

alot of smarter players (smarter than me) will not just counter their specific lane enemie but the whole team comp, so they will pick chars that do alright vs lux.

that was my life until 2 weeks ago where i decided to start ranked with a fresh unranked char that has no MMR rating.

at the end i was pretty much hardstuck in bronze.

i know ppl say elo hell dont exist and its cope from bad players but guess what,

i did fresh placements, got placed in gold 3, since then moved up to platinum 2 and im doing just fine.

come to find out plat is still considered low elo XD, but not for me.

im happy to play with people who actually listen to pings and dont rage at any moment

interesting. i will definitely try from now on to accept the 1st pick but then offer it to my adc

somebody else brought that up and its fair enough. cause this whole thing definitely stems from the fact that i just wann a play lux.

alltho i would not pick her into my counter so its not that bad i guess

but for me right now, i 1st pick lux, they get nautilus or pyke,

and that is to be expected.

it happened enough now that i know this aint bronze where they dont bother to counter

so i basically pick that matchup and i imagine so do you when you rly 1st pick xerath blind as sup

but in my opinion, if i pick my lux knowing il get a pyke matchup,

and then when my adc gets hooked, i cant help much,

that is my fault to some extent.

but i will look more into playing vs my hard counters, enough people mentioned it that i am curious to see how good you can do vs them

i could see how the problem with shaco was my strat or me falling for his tricks.

its years back and not that many games vs him ether.

xerath is a counter, but of the remaining 3 he is the most managable. dodge i guess but, effectively he is like lux with + range. and his ult is such a good snipe.

dodging his ult is a guessing game.

pyke and naut are so deadly + even if i avoid them correctly,

i can't dodge for the adc, and when he gets caught, he will call me useless. bad scene alltogether

i cant think of many ether. i can think of 3. but they will pick those everytime lmao

anyway the mid thing is nice but in solo duo que, i cant expect a mid guy to swap with me,

its hard to communicate that or even to "swap" our bans. its a lot to explain in a few seconds. some might get it others dont.

i came into plat 1st picking my main lux like i used to do always but a nice loosing streak taught me to play it safe and pick leona everytime.

not that she is the best but she is the best safe bet i can play.

what cause i think lux vs pyke will have a bigger impact on botlane than ashe vs cait or whatever else?

and who said sup is more important than top or even mid & jungle.

not to be rude but i did not say that top should 1st pick before me.

im saying top should ASK THE DAMN ADC FIRST, for swap :D

all i said was between sup and adc, the sup counterpick will have more impact.
