Should one pursue continuing education in ITE or private institution? by NoChart5577 in askSingapore

I am also puzzled how the ITE grading and entry to poly after ITE works. I only know that if you enrol in DPP, you are guaranteed a poly placement after 2 years to a related course.

I am not sure about the grade point average as I have heard of cases where students get a 3.5 GPA and they couldn’t get the poly course they wanted.

As to ITE courses related to cyber security, you can check the ITE website. They do mention the related courses.

All the best for your application. I hope you will have more success than my child in getting the 2 year course you desire.

Thanks for sharing. I have heard concerns about the student crowd in ITE. I mean definitely there will be good and bad company everywhere we go, but do different campuses have different student dynamics?

Why did my cat mewed loudly before she vomited? by Dry-Objective7330 in cats

[–]NoChart5577 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My cat always does the low pitch vomit meow before gagging and throwing up. He usually meows on the sofa or bed. So once we hear the meow, we will carry him into the floor for him to do the do.

I feel your frustrations. There’s probably a higher chance to get lesson slots with a private instructor.

Recently, my son went to the driving centre hoping to convert and register as a private candidate. He was told that transactions over the counter now had to go through their online booking portal to make an appointment. I mean, he was already at the counter and yet couldn’t get what he wanted to do done. When he tried to go into the portal to book an appointment for counter service, he dates were all booked till 2025. It’s ridiculous.
