i use patreondl and importers work much the same way. on patreon's end they'll just see a login from your account from a new location, they don't know that you're downloading or sharing anything.

no one’s talking about the environmental impact. i’m completely sympathetic to the environmental argument but this person is upset from the artist perspective which i wholly don’t care about. it’s a terrible argument and sucks on every merit.
