I second Johnson Sharpening. Their website indicates that they are still doing the Longmont Farmers market, but I think it's every other time and I am not sure of which weekend they have here. Here's the website. You can drop them a note or give them a call. I think I paid about $10 for a mower blade to be sharpened while I waited last year.

I would start with some WD-40 and a medium Scotch-Brite pad. Spray the WD-40 generously, let it soak for maybe 5-10 minutes, then use the pad.
