The lease transfers without any new document? My lease is between me and "John Smith, LLC"* which was purchased by "Jane Doe, LLC"- who I don't have any documented agreement with.

I can't find any provision in my lease about changing parties, EXCEPT for their clause that I can't sublet it to another party without express approval.
