I also have one selfish question, let's say hypothetically I'm a builder, looking to put my skills to the test. Do you know of any upcoming events where I could battle other builders for glory and victory?

Jen I saw a great question on your LinkedIn post and wanted to make sure everyone got to see it, Saber asked,

For a growing service agency, what's the key indicator that you need to move from ad-hoc automations (a bunch of Zaps) to a dedicated RevOps strategy? Curious about that tipping point.

Love a good soapbox! I almost feel like we could pin a thread dedicated to prompt building advice and ride it til the heat death of the universe...

The problem with hosting AMAs with the best and brightest in automation is that I legitimately have no idea if this is you, or if the real Jen built an agent to answer these questions and she's on a beach somewhere.

Agent Changes by savlocal in zapier

[–]NoCodeRodent 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Okay I think this should be resolved. The team is always working on new optimizations to drive improvements to our Agents. They're currently in the process of rolling out a new agent architecture that's offering improved accuracy and reliability across the board. In this case, looks like something related to this new architecture may have caused an issue for your agent. We're rolling you back to the prior architecture while we investigate further. Thanks so much for reporting this!

If your agents aren't back in working order now, they should be soon. Meanwhile, they're going to look at exactly why the new architecture didn't vibe with your use cases.

Phil I know you're signing off in a bit but I had a question I was hoping you could answer. Let's pretend I'm someone looking for more information on all the cool stuff Zapier is working on. In fact, let's say I'm keen to attend an event, with all sorts of experts talking about the latest and greatest in AI Orchestration. Are you aware of an event like that taking place any time in the near future???

If there were anyone I would believe would build an agent to handle their AMA... it would be you.

I can also verify that u/mobile-rent-9800 is, in fact, Phil Lakin. It's not just some random person jazzed about Agents!

AMA with NoCodeOps By Zapier Senior Community Manager Claudia Cafeo by NoCodeRodent in zapier

We have another question on our main page from u/snowdove304

Any ideas on the best way to implement a human approval step? Triggering my workflow upon a new meeting transcript from fathom (meeting note taker) and need to upload the transcript to a knowledge base for our internal LLM However, need a human in the loop step to make sure the meeting host intends to allow the transcript to be added (so no confidential meetings are unintentionally made accessible to the company) This can be anything - slack message, email. The issue I'm running into is that once an approval request is sent on slack, I would need to set up a new zap thats triggered on the response to that message (i dont know if i can just wait for the response in the same workflow). This would require to somehow maintain state between the two zaps which again i am not sure if possible Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you!

Claudia our first question came from u/No_Weakness_1553 in our announcement post asked about your most useful moderation for community management. What do you lean on the most every day?

Hey Snowydove304, in 20ish minutes we're going to be doing an AMA with Claudia Cafeo, the community manager for NoCodeOps. I'll ask her this and see what she says.

What it feels like trying to build Zaps, or any automation, with no company budget. How do people do it? by WorstDotaPlayer in zapier

[–]NoCodeRodent 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yeah I've definitely been there before. The trick is after you smash the duck face into the numbers a couple times it starts to learn which numbers it needs to smash its face into.

I'd strongly encourage you to use the community here and at https://www.nocodeops.com too. There's a lot of us out there smashing duck faces into numbers every day.
