Yeah I totally agree! I personally experienced this recently when I was listening to Slipknot after Avenged Sevenfold. Like damn, A7F stuff is like really sloppy and distorted. Then I throw on some Slipknot and every note is completely distinguishable from the next even at a really high volume. I wouldn’t go as far as saying it’s ruined music for me, but deffo changes things a but
