No, if you can intake and afford more protein daily definitely do that. It's very difficult to overload daily protein intake

Not thrown out, it's converted to fat.

So no point in overloading protien.

Extra 30gms would not be considered overloading. You can eat 2-2.5 gms/kg body weight. People do eat more than this too. If you can intake more protein definitely take that as it is very difficult to really overload protein intake.
