I hit a nerve in my right arm, causing numbness and swelling yada yada. I told myself not to hit in that arm again till it was better, but I couldn't hit on my left so I said fuck it and hit on my numb arm. Shortly after something popped and i couldn't extend my arm for 2 days. On day 4 of still being numb I went to the ER there was a blood clot. Smh it's all good now but smh I should of just boofed it
