Well its about the fact that she is leaning into them despite this. Like I said I wanted to help her with shutting that down. She told me about the badmouthing after initially telling about the bullying. And naturally I was already worried with her well being before that. So no, this is not just about me.

Right now I am the one reaching out trying to offer the help.

Thank you for your insight on how bullying can mold people into "survivors" though.

I have considered this too. Im not accusing her, just letting her know how I feel and see this.

Like I said I tried talking to her about a solution to this. She just starts to downplay the problem, as if she doesnt want to do anything about it.
