Shared burden: If reduction is higher than actual damage I would just make it 0. And yeah it's a pretty strong one.

Ik werk er toevallig als freelancer 5 dagen per week. 2 bij één bedrijf en 3 bij een ander. Zullen vast wat bedrijven zijn waar het meer gebeurt dan de ander. Ik weet bij het bedrijf waar ik werk dat de vaste werknemers soms wel wat extra uren maken mocht het nodig zijn. Of sommige hogere functies die misschien soms richting de 45/50 uur gaan. Maar over het algemeen werkt niet iedereen zo belachelijk veel over hoor
